Toddler Killed in Stockton Driveway Accident

A tragic car accident yesterday claimed the life of a one-year-old Stockton girl while she was playing in her family's driveway.

The accident occurred when the child's uncle, 36, moved his white suburban so he could wash it. As he backed out of the driveway, he felt like the vehicle hit something. He later told police he didn't see the little girl playing in the driveway.

No arrests have been made the California Highway Patrol investigates the accident further.
